S P O O K Y 🍅 S E A S O N Now that fall is here, many gardeners are clearing out summer plants that are no longer producing. Please remember to borrow some loppers from the shed and chop up long and/or woody material (sunflower stalks, tomato plants, squash vines, etc. etc.) before adding it to the compost heap! Thanks to @jennfiore_ for sending this gorgeous snap of a black swallowtail caterpillar hanging out on a dill plant! 💛💚🖤 The September community work day is this Saturday! Do you still have volunteer hours to make up? Come on out at 9 am to the sheds and take an assignment... Who's feeling fall? BONUS WOOD CHIPS! We have plenty to go around - find these between the dog park and playground, near the staircase! How's tomato season going in your plot? The August community volunteer day is this Saturday! Come down to the sheds between 9 and 11 am - plenty to do to help keep the garden looking great. Hello, Dahlia
